WEBSITE STRATEGY / EXAMPLES
Tierra del Sol: a professional presence that starts conversations
A professional presence and an easy way to say “I’m interested.” That’s what Tierra del Sol needed to share its business with clients. Its lil website introduces the team and opens the door to the next inquiry.
A website the client can share with confidence
The client wanted a link they could share with contacts to introduce Tierra del Sol, explain its services, and make the next step easy. The scope focused on that professional presence; it did not require a property directory or an inventory to keep updated.
Capture inquiries with useful context
The main contact form and popup form provide clear ways to start a conversation. They collect a name, phone number, email, property interest, and message, helping the team understand each inquiry before responding.
Keep the lead as well as sending the notification
Inquiries are saved in a private record and generate an email notification through SMTP2GO. The saved record preserves the opportunity if email notification fails. Delivery was checked with a test inquiry; no lead counts, sales results, or conversion improvements are claimed for this project.
A static presence that remains editable
The public website serves static pages with independent contact forms. WordPress Studio remains private for future edits and new exports. The site can introduce the business and capture inquiries without relying on public WordPress to display its pages.
